Day of rest. My sinus passageways are filling up and dripping into the back of my throat causing a sore throat. My left buttock is fine.

My left buttock is very inflamed. I must have stretched the muscle too much. I hurt.

My lower, left side is inflamed. It seems to be the muscle in my left buttocks. I think it occurred when I was doing the Super Man exercise on Friday.
